Research On Methods Of Construction Cost Control Of Water Conservancy Projects

Looking forward to the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the long-term goal of 2035,combined with the new requirements of water conservancy development in China,facing the new task of "comprehensively promoting the construction of weak links in flood control and making up the short board of flood control projects as soon as possible" by the Ministry of Water Resources,the burden of water conservancy construction enterprises becomes more heavy.In the new period,the construction of water conservancy projects gradually develops to be more refined and more efficient.In order to meet the increasing quality requirements of "new infrastructure",water conservancy construction enterprises need to do more and better.Compared with the general civil building water conservancy projects,water conservancy project construction condition is much more difficult,often on the river water conservancy project construction,the hydrology,meteorology,topography and geological factors,such as water resources and hydropower hub of water conservancy project is composed of many single water conservancy project,are prone to interference of construction.In this way,enterprises are forced to constantly update the construction cost management concept of water conservancy projects,upgrade and innovate the existing cost control management mode,broaden the income increase way,dig to reduce internal consumption potential,overall planning,choose the best cost control and management mode according to the time and place,in order to reduce costs and improve benefits.The construction cost control of water conservancy project is an important way to increase the construction profit of water conservancy project.The lower the construction cost of water conservancy project,the higher the profit.Therefore,characteristic of water conservancy project and the effect of internal friction and reduce management,is an important task of water conservancy project construction management enterprise,and the key to accomplish this task is to strengthen water conservancy construction project cost management,with scientific and reasonable water conservancy project construction cost control management processes and advanced management techniques.In this paper,with the whole process of cost control,cost control and so on related theory and method,through three cases of water conservancy engineering project cost control case study,a comprehensive system to grasp the current status of hydraulic engineering project cost control,found on the project cost control in the whole control method backwardness,unreasonable organization structure,and analyze the causes of the problem,It is suggested that enterprises should improve the understanding of project cost control,strengthen the management's control of project cost control,improve the organizational structure of project cost control,establish target cost control system,implement cost control responsibility system,strengthen the construction of cost control information,and make conclusions and prospects.Through theoretical research and case analysis,we can understand the method theory of cost control.Through the analysis of cost data,cost and schedule can be effectively controlled.Cost control not only has theoretical research significance,but also has very important practical value.
