As the power supply and information transmission medium equipment of aviation,aerospace,military missiles and other equipment,the reliability of cable products is very important.At present,cable harnesses are mostly made by hand,because the cable wires will be imperceptibly damaged during the production process of the cable,which will affect the storage period and service life of the cable.Therefore,it is necessary to perform environmental stress screening tests on the cable harnesses that have been produced to ensure the reliability of the products.The environmental stress screening test includes temperature cycle test and random vibration test.The temperature cycle test uses the operator to test the insulation resistance of the cable during the high and low temperature cycle through manual detection.It is used to screen out the cable harness products with hidden quality problems.With the continuous increase in product demand and the continuous improvement of the intelligence level of China's manufacturing industry,higher requirements have been put forward for the intelligence level,performance testing methods and testing efficiency of cable testing in temperature cycle tests.According to the problems of low test efficiency and high working intensity of environmental stress screening test at this stage,and taking the environmental stress screening test of military cables as the research background,this thesis designs a comprehensive test system for cable temperature cycle with single chip microcomputer as the control core.According to the performance parameter requirements of the cable harness in the high and low temperature cycle test,through the research on the resistance measurement method,a resistance measurement scheme suitable for this thesis is formulated.Secondly,a DC high voltage generation circuit with the voltage doubler rectifier circuit as the core is designed according to the power requirements of the cable test in the high and low temperature cycle test.Next,in order to improve the test efficiency and increase the test points,the relay matrix is used to control the test points,so as to achieve the purpose of cable test automation.Finally,C# and SQL Server database are used to design the human-computer interaction interface of the main control terminal and the test terminal,and connect the various functional modules of the system,so as to achieve the purpose of checking the test data and automating the temperature cycle test process.The cable temperature cycle comprehensive test system can control the rapid temperature change box to perform temperature cycle according to the preset program and automatically measure the electrical performance of the cable,and upload the measurement results to the database,which is convenient for test data storage and reference.It overcomes the defects of the traditional temperature cycle test and improves the intelligence level of the environmental stress screening test.After a series of system debugging and testing tests,the comprehensive cable temperature cycle test system can reduce the occupation of personnel in the process of environmental stress screening test,and improve the test efficiency of environmental stress screening test,so as to achieve the purpose of replacing humans with machines.
