After the missile hits the ship,in addition to the explosion,it will also cause a fire.The remaining propellant of the missile will continue to burn,and the high temperature flame will quickly ignite the combustibles in the room to form a cabin fire.Since the propellant has its own combustion accelerant,it does not require the participation of external oxygen and the heat release rate is higher,the damage caused is far greater than that of a normal cabin fire.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the combustion law and development process of propellant fire.In this paper,the combustion of propellant fire is simulated,and the experiment and numerical simulation of cabin fire are designed,and the combustion law and fire development of propellant fire are analyzed and studied.Firstly,the properties of the propellant and the mechanism of fire and combustion spread are analyzed,and a single-chamber propellant fire test is designed accordingly,and the temperature data in the chamber is obtained through the thermocouple measuring points arranged in the chamber.At the same time,a single-chamber propellant fire was simulated using the fire simulation software FDS,and temperature measurement points were set at the same location.After comparison,it is found that the simulation data is in good agreement with the experimental data,indicating that the method of using numerical simulation to study propellant fire is feasible.Secondly,a multi-cabin fire model is established based on ship cabin scenario,and the effects of Combustible load density,cabin opening,forced ventilation and other conditions on the spread of multi-cabin fire are explored under various working conditions.From fire heat release rate,fire and smoke,temperature and the temperature section,speed and speed section of multiple Angle analysis of fire characteristic,summarizes the results of numerical simulation,proposed many cabin propellant fire under different influencing factors of combustion rule and rule of fire development,reveals the cabin fire spreading mechanism.Finally,the simulation scaling method of multi-chamber propellant fire is explored.Through theoretical analysis of cabin shrinkage ratio principle,put forward two methods of shrinkage ratio of geometry respectively shrinkage ratio method and the power reduction ratio method,numerical simulation was carried out on the two methods of shrinkage ratio,compared to the original model of the temperature data,found that the geometric shrinkage ratio method conforms to the shrinkage ratio design,will therefore geometric shrinkage ratio method as the main research method of propellant fire shrinkage ratio.Based on the research of propellant fire,this paper analyzes the burning law and development trend of propellant fire,and puts forward some suggestions for extinguishing propellant fire,which provides reference for fire damage and prevention,and provides ideas for further research.
