In the 1950 s,China put forward the development direction of building industrialization,but limited by the design capacity and production capacity under the historical conditions at that time,its development gradually declined.Nowadays,with the upgrading of industrial structure,the construction industrialization has been paid more attention again.The prefabricated concrete building is one of the important parts of the construction industrialization.The research object of this paper is a new type of prefabricated concrete large-span composite floor slab and a new type of prefabricated concrete composite roof developed with this floor slab as the structural base.The new type floor slab is a composite floor system composed of crisscross reinforced concrete ribs and fillers between ribs.Compared with the ordinary prefabricated concrete laminated slab,the new floor system has the advantages of light weight and low cost;the materials of the filling part of the floor can be selected according to the performance requirements of the floor and to some extent enhance the insulation or sound insulation performance of the floor.In this paper,the heat flow distribution law and thermal performance of the new floor system are systematically studied.The finite element numerical simulation method is used,and the ANSYS APDL software is used for simulation analysis.The results show that the distribution of heat flux and surface temperature in the plane of the floor is very uneven;the thermal insulation performance of the floor is better than that of the conventional assembled concrete composite floor with the same thickness;the type of filler material can directly affect the thermal insulation performance of the floor.In view of the new type prefabricated concrete composite roof developed with the new type floor slab as the structural base,referring to the common flat roof method,the heat transfer law of the roof is studied by using the finite element method.The results show that when EPS board or XPS board is used as insulation material,the thickness of insulation layer is more than 40 When mm,the difference between the thermal performance of different roof structures is small,and its thermal performance is mainly affected by the type and thickness of thermal insulation materials;for the new fabricated concrete roof,the thickness of the thermal insulation layer meets the requirements of the specification,there are no significant thermal defects in the thermal bridge between the roof wall node and the roof slab node,and there is no hidden danger of condensation on the inner surface of the node.In addition,the paper designs the thermal insulation of the new fabricated concrete roof in different climatic conditions,obtains the thermal design strategy of the new fabricated concrete roof in different climatic conditions,and provides the applicable reference table of thermal insulation materials and thickness design,which provides support for the further promotion of the new type prefabricated concrete roof system.
