The perforated concrete floor studied in this paper is developed and innovated on the basis of Traditional assembly floor,The difference between a Perforated concrete floor and a Traditional assembly floor is that Cross reinforcing bars as stressed reinforcement Shared the load with the whole concrete floor,the structure of the new floor is mainly to the position of the Cross rebar hole and the reinforce measures to strengthen the bond performance between the reinforced concrete and the concrete.The same as Two-way slab,the new floor not only has the advantages of high bearing capacity,good anti-crack performance,shortened construction period,There is also the advantage of Assembled plate convenient for hoisting transportation,The prospect of engineering application is broad.The research work in this paper is divided into three parts:First of all,the application and the research status of prefabricated concrete floor are investigated,and make a basic assumption of the model,the rationality of the hypothesis is verified by comparing the simulation data with the actual engineering data.The second,the paper presents a kind of perforated composite double-sided plate,and the simulation study and parameter analysis under uniform load are carried out;The last,in this paper,the simulation study and parameter analysis of a perforated fully-assembled bi-directional panel under uniform load are presented.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to analysis of simulated force on prefabricated concrete floor slab in the actual project by using the ABAQUS finite element software,Verify the rationality of the basic hypothesis;(2)In this paper,a new type of perforated,double-sided plate is presented and the simulation study is carried out under uniform load to study the bearing capacity of the board.The purpose of the simulation is to analyze whether the overall stiffness of a new type of perforated,double-sided plate meets the specification requirements.The results are obtained by simulation:the stress performance of this new type of perforated,double-sided plate is obviously better than that of the traditional composite floor,which meets the requirements of the specification;(3)The finite element parameter analysis is carried out for the new perforated,double-sided plate:The longitudinal reinforcement has great influence on the bearing capacity of the perforated,double-sided plate,and the truss tendon has little influence on its bearing capacity,so long as it meets the structural requirements;(4)A new type of fully assembled floor is proposed according to the new type of the perforated,double-sided plate.The load-bearing capacity of this plate is studied by finite element simulation of the new full assembly slab,the simulation purpose is to analyze whether the overall stiffness of the new full-assembly slab meets the specification requirements,based on the simulation results:Although the mechanical properties of the new type full assembly slab are not as good as the new type of perforated composite slab,the mechanical properties of the new type full assembly slab are better than the traditional composite slab.The new type full assembly slab can meet the construction requirements completely;The above research results can provide reference for the practical engineering application of two kinds of prefabricated concrete floor slab.
