Sowing depth is one of the important factors which effect on maize growth and yield,the existing domestic precision seeder used more passive sowing depth control mechanism,compared to passive sowing depth control mechanism,active sowing depth control mechanism has better adaptability to the ground,and the existing active sowing depth control mechanism on the ground change in recognition rate of accuracy is low,and the accuracy is poor.This thesis has designed a precision seeder furrow opener infrared electric hydraulic profiling device to solve the above problems,the device with variable speed profile and reduce unnecessary copying function.Are introduced in detail in this paper the working principle and the working process of the copying device,to determine the ground height information collection component installation height and the installation position,ranging sensor number and location.According to the research on the ground the height change of editing to avoid unnecessary copying program.The copying device has the function of avoiding unnecessary copying.The hydraulic transmission system,according to the amount of copying,precision seeding machine forward speed adjustment copying speed and improve the profile accuracy of the device.Test bench test,the response time of the system was 0.3s,and the optimum pre distance of the ground height information acquisition module was determined 33.5cm.Are verification test,verified the copying device has a reduced function of non necessary copying out sowing qualified rate was 83.4%.The precision planter for infrared electric liquid copying device sowing depth control effect in line with national standards.
