Pepper is an important vegetable crop widely grown in China.In recent years,the consumption level of China's vegetable market has been rising,the planting scale of Pepper peppers has been expanding,and many farmers have gained considerable economic benefits by planting Pepper peppers.Potting transplanting technology can enable Pepper peppers to be sown in cold areas of China to avoid suffering damage caused by climatic conditions such as low temperature frost brought about by early spring,while having the advantage of improving land use efficiency and increasing production and income.In order to solve the problems of low manual transplanting efficiency,low planting quality and labor intensity of Pepper peppers,a duckbill type double crank five-link planting mechanism was developed in combination with the agronomic requirements of Pepper pepper pot transplanting to lay the foundation for the development and application of fully automatic pot transplanting machine and provide guidance for later production practice.(1)Research on the performance of biomass pot seedling trayCombined with the agronomic planting requirements of pepper seedlings,the morphological and structural parameters of the biomass seedling tray before and after seedling planting were determined through seedling planting tests and measurements,and parameters such as moisture content,expansion coefficient and friction coefficient of the best transplanting period were measured to lay the theoretical foundation for the design of the planting mechanism at a later stage.(2)Planting mechanism design and simulation analysisDetermine the design scheme by analyzing the movement mechanism and working principle of the potted seedling,and analyze and calculate the dimensional parameters of each part.The three-dimensional model is established and simulated to check the motion trajectory and interference of the simulated mechanism,and fit and analyze the motion characteristic curve with the theoretical model to verify the reasonableness and correctness of the mechanism design.It lays the foundation for the trial processing of the physical prototype and the continuation of the transplanting performance test.(3)Planting mechanism performance test researchAfter the mechanism is processed and shaped,according to the agronomic requirements of pepper transplanting and the industry standard of dryland planting machinery,the crank speed,frame height and travel speed are used as influencing factors,and the qualified rate of pepper pot seedling planting is used as the evaluation index,and the level is limited by the single-factor test,and the test scheme of quadratic regression orthogonal rotational combination design is used to establish the nonlinear regression equation of multiple factors on transplanting performance indexes,and to determine the effect of each factor and The effects of factors and factor interactions on performance indexes were determined.The sequence of determining factors was:crank speed > frame height > travel speed;after the optimization of parameters,the planting pass rate was 93.6%.The results showed that the success rate of potting transplanting and the theoretical error were less than 5% after parameter optimization.
