With the development of our economy,modern agriculture has made great progress in our country.In the existing modern facility gardening,container seedlings are a common method of seedling cultivation.Compared with other methods,container seedlings have the advantages of fast production,production cycle,high survival rate of seedlings,and reduced pest and disease risks.At present,the mainstream nursery containers on the market include plastic film containers,mud containers,honeycomb containers,and hard plastic cups.The most widely used of these seedling containers are plastic film containers.However,with the development of the economy,the adjustment of the agricultural industrial structure,the transfer of rural labor,and the sharp rise in labor prices,the traditional nutrition bowl seedling transplanting technology has shown many disadvantages and shortcomings,affecting the development of crop production.Therefore,the mechanization of bowl-making operation has become an urgent problem for China’s planting industry.Based on the research status of domestic and foreign bowl making machines and the bag-feeding bowl filling machine developed by the current team,this study designed a transport mechanism that can transport the nutrition bowl filled by the bowl filling machine to a designated location,and then Place it in the specified container.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)Establish a corresponding kinematic model according to the manual operation process.And design the mechanical motion scheme of the entire mechanism,according to the motion scheme design,design some key mechanical structures,complete the calculation and selection of the transmission mechanism.Use 3D software Solidworks for modeling.(2)Design the corresponding drive system and electrical control system according to the mechanism’s motion plan,select the appropriate pneumatic actuator and design its pneumatic circuit through analysis and calculation;choose the corresponding sensor according to the working principle of the pneumatic actuator According to the design of the entire organization,a programmable logic controller(PLC)is selected for control,and a corresponding program is written.(3)The ADAMS dynamic analysis software is used to simulate the bag-falling process of the bottling machine transport mechanism.Get its motion parameters.Through the dynamics simulation of it,the feasibility of the mechanism’s work was verified.Provide the direction for the next step to improve the machine.
