Intelligent Farm Control System Based On The Technology Of ZigBee And Configuration

Intelligent farms have become a trend in today's livestock breeding industry.Intelligent cultivation can effectively reduce the impact of environment on livestock to reduce economic loss,and for some farms also improve the quality of the products so as to bring greater profits.Traditional automated farms have many disadvantages,such as,the required labor,complicated to install,difficult to maintain and so on.In order to labor from simple labor and achieve better development,this paper puts forward a kind of intelligent farm control system based on the technology of ZigBee and configuration.This paper has collected livestock chamber's parameters which affect the growth of livestock with ZigBee wireless sensor network,for example,temperature,humidity,illumination intensity and ammonia concentration.Have collected temperature,humidity and PH value affect the quality of silage with PLC.The article have design the hardware circuit of the sensor node connection with cc2530 module.In the aspect of software,the program is designed based on the working process of the various nodes on the basis of Z-Stack protocol Stack,in order to achieve wireless data collection and upload.A PID control algorithm that control mill current is developed to control the feeder of the feeding system.The Automatic feeding system is timely feeding,accurate feeding and reliable operation,and it solves the problem of the untimely feeding and the crushing machine.The kingview monitoring software was used to carry out picture on the system configuration.It can real-time display the collected data and historical data query,it also has a curve display,alarm window,report query,web publishing,and other functions.Remote monitoring function was been carried out through SMS tc35 module.It will send the problem of data in the form of text messages to the target phone and take measures in time,when the system detects a problem data.There are subject research,system analysis and design as a whole,module design and realization of the function four stages through this topic research.This system can meet the requirements of data monitoring and automatic feed,remote monitoring,the historical data query and other functions.It has also improved the shortcomings of the traditional automatic farms and increased the flexibility and applicability of the system.
