An Empirical Study On Professor Fu Xiaojun's Treatment Of Nephritic Proteinuria Based On Data Mining

Objective:Summarize the drug rules and academic thought of Professor Fu Xiaojun in treating chronic glomerulonephritis based on case collection and data analysis.Methods:By collecting the outpatient records of Professor Fu Xiaojun,filtrate the effective 246 cases which proteinuria is the main symptom.And then input and screen the data by using Microsoft Excel in order to analyse the high-frequency drugs and drug classes.By the meantime,using SPSS statistics 20 and Clementine 12.0 statistical software to analyse the data of symptoms,tongue,pulse,drug,to make a summing up of related drugs or drug to refine the rule of medication,and discuss the academic thought.Results:According to the frequency and cluster analysis of symptoms,and based on Professor Fu Xiaojun's academic point,broadly classified into 5 categories,namely,deficiency of vital energy of spleen and kidney,kidney deficiency and dampness,qi deficiency and blood stasis,deficiency of both qi and yin(with damp)and Hot and humid turbid poison.For all visits 1530 prescriptions,27539 drugs frequency statistics,and listing the frequently appeared in more than 200 drugs totaling 37 flavors,the cumulative percentage was 62.8%.At the same time,the classification of the high frequency of drug discovery in drug mainly antipyretics and diuresis medicine,qi drugs,followed by blood stasis and dampness,relieving medicine,astringent drugs;for 5 types of drugs are analyzed in the frequency distribution,cluster analysis and association rules,and through the form and network diagram form,in order to reflect the drug rules of Professor Fu Xiaojun in the treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria from the macro.Conclusion:Chronic nephritis is weakness of the body in within,and hot-humid is outer phenomenon.Should use the methods of replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen,reinforcing the kidney turbidity;nourishing qi and warming yang,tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen;replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen,live blood and collaterals;supplementing qi and nourishing yin,strengthening the spleen and kidney,expelling wind and clearing away heat and dampness and so on when treating the disease by the result of the frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association rules and other statistical methods.Combined above points,it offers a reference for us to inherit and carry forward the old doctors of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the theory and the method of treatment provides a reference.
