Research On Long-term Care Of The Disabled Elderly From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

At present,the long-term care for the disabled elderly in our country is mainly family care.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of medical and health care in our country,the long-term care service for the disabled elderly has begun to transfer to social welfare homes and community nursing homes and other old-age institutions.However,due to the late start in the long-term care of the disabled elderly in China,the government,society and families in this area of coordination is not enough,so the long-term care services for the disabled elderly,especially the disabled elderly in rural areas,are difficult to meet the needs of the society.At present,our government plays an important role in policy formulation,implementation and financial support in the long-term care of the disabled,and plays an important role in the long-term care of the disabled.Social institutions,as direct providers of public services,are important participants in the direct care of the disabled.Families,as the most basic and primary unit of long-term care for the disabled,are the basis of long-term care for the disabled and the basic guarantee of social care for the disabled.It is a problem that must be solved in the long-term care work of the disabled elderly.Using the basic method of case study,this paper chooses Chengcheng County as the specific research object,and carries on the in-depth investigation and research to the number of disabled elderly and the care institutions in this county.Through the investigation,it is found that Chengcheng County has increased the support in policy,fund and so on in recent years,and the social pension institutions have made remarkable progress in both quantity and quality.However,limited by the constraints of various factors,the county government,social pension institutions and families in the long-term care of disabled elderly is obviously inadequate,these deficiencies mainly show the lack of overall service system for disabled elderly,insufficient government financial support,inadequate family care and so on.Then this paper takes the government function theory,the cooperative governance theory and so on as the theoretical basis,from the government,the society and the family three aspects to formulate the solution Chengcheng county disabled elderly long-term care related countermeasures.From the research of the full text,the conclusions of this paper can not only enrich the existing theories to a certain extent,but also from the practical value,the conclusions of this paper can also provide some solutions to the problems existing in the long-term care of the disabled elderly in Chengcheng County,and the results obtained by the research can also provide important reference value for other counties when they encounter the same and similar problems.
