Clinical Observation On The Body Acupuncture Combined With Auricular Acupuncture For Kidneyvital Essence Deficiency Tinnitus

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of body acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture for kidney vital essence deficiency tinnitus. At the same time to provide effective combination treatment scheme for kidney vital essence deficiency tinnitus.Methods: Screened60 tinnituspatients who up to the standard of the diagnostic criteria of TCMin kidney vital essence deficiencytinnituswhen they came to the hospital, with all the patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group.After two groups of patients were treated, compared the difference of the total effective rate?tinnitus handicap inventory score and theremission time of tinnitus.Results:(1)The total effective ratewas 83.33% in the experimental group,the total effective ratewas 73.33% in the control group;the total effective rateof two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)Tinnitus handicap inventory score and theremission time of tinnitus after the treatmentwere statistically significant(P<0.05), the experimental group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Both body acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture and body acupuncture therapy could ease or eliminate the ringing degree in the patients of kidney vital essence deficiency tinnitus, the formercould reduce tinnitus handicap inventory score significantly, and the treatment effect response quickly.
