Research On Management Optimization And Countermeasures Of Medical Interns In A Higher Vocational Colleges Based On Management By Objectives

In recent years,with the increase in the number of medical institutions in our country,the demand for medical students in medical institutions continues to increase.Solving the problem of lack of medical personnel in medical institutions is of great significance to realizing the construction of healthy China in the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan more quickly.The participation of medical college students in internships can help students better adapt to the working environment and intensity of the hospital,help students understand the work content of the hospital in advance,and most importantly,help the hospital and the society to choose employees who are more suitable for hospital work in terms of ideology,theoretical basis and practical ability.Therefore,to strengthen the management of medical interns under the new situation,select suitable talents for the medical industry,and make medical students successfully complete the internship task is the guarantee to improve the reputation of the school,which should be attached great importance to.Based on the theory of management by objectives,the theory of motivation and the theory of process reengineering,this paper analyzes the management status quo of medical interns in Shaanxi A higher vocational college,and then puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the management mode.Analysis problem using the method of questionnaire investigation,this paper respectively above several secondary medical institutions in shaanxi province and shaanxi province A intern for research in higher vocational colleges,find out the view of medical institutions treat intern and interns to school education and internship units.The survey found that there are many problems in the practice management of medical interns,such as the inconsistency between the internship units arranged by the school and the majors of the interns,the improper attitude of the interns towards the internship,and the attitude of muddling along.In view of these problems,this paper formulated the corresponding solutions,first of all,students have to pay attention to the practice process in the mind,second,the school should check the qualifications of the practice units,choose the practice units suitable for students,and regularly communicate with the practice units of interns,third,the practice units should treat interns correctly,improve the quality of the teachers,Strengthen the teaching of the teacher's cultivation.Is proposed in this paper to establish universities,internship units,departments,and teaching teachers four integrated management mode.
