Objective:This paper reviews the clinical data of diabetic foot patients admitted in the vascular sore surgery ward of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine in 2018-2020,and studies and analyzes the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods:Subjects:September 1,2018-September 1,2020,Patients with diabetic foot treated in the surgery of vascular sore in the affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,in accordance with the inclusion criteria of this study,In accordance with the TCM "gangrene" blood stasis syndrome or damp-heat toxin syndrome diagnostic criteria,In line with the Western medicine "diabetic foot" evaluation standard.Methods:Through the clinical data collected,By studying the age of patients,combined with basic diseases,clinical symptoms before and after treatment,DUSS?S(AD)SAD score,wound score and clinical efficacy,Using SPSS22.0 statistical software for t analysis,Based on the results,The treatment method,therapeutic effect and clinical symptom improvement of diabetic foot were analyzed and discussed.Results:There were 70 patients with diabetes,69 effective and effective,and efficiency was 98.6%.Treatment-improvement of pain was 97.1%,numbness 95.8%,swelling 98.5%,ulcer 98.6%,and lamp 93.3%.No dead patients.The mean DUSS score was 1.63±0.726 before treatment and 0.86±0.519 after treatment,with significant post and significant data(P=0.000<0.05).S(ad)S ad score averaged 9.61±1.54 before treatment and 6.00±1.10 after treatment,with significant post and post data(P=0.000<0.05).Innovation score 7.27±1.393 before treatment,3.34±1.443,and significant(P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion:1.Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment can significantly reduce the DUSS and SSAD scores,and effectively improve the clinical symptoms of pain,swelling,numbness,ulcers,ulcers and other lameness.2.Integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the wound conditions and promote the growth of fresh granulation and wound healing.3.Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on diabetic foot with fewer complications.
