Objective:The goal of this clinical experiment is to prove the mechanism and the rapeutic effect of integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine (ITCMWM) in treating necrotized fascia of diabetic foot disease (NFDFD) , and search an effectual method of ITCMWM in treating NFDFD.Methods:60 patients with (NFDFD) were divided into 2 groups at random, one is I TCMWM group (Group ITCMWM n=30), the other is that western Medicine is treated as a rule (Group control n=30 ). The healing of necrotized fascia and wound is observed.Results:1 . The total effective rate of I TCMWM group is 73.33% .The total effective rate of control group is 36.67%, There is significant difference between the two groups (PO.01).2. The healing of ulcer areas is significant different between two groups (PO.05) I TCMWM is superior to Group control.3. The average time of ulcer healing is significant different between two groups (P<0.05) I TCMWM shorten the healing time evidently.Conclusion:Necrotized fascia is a particular clinical of diabetic foot disease. I TCMWM group can improve NFDFD clinical evidently, promote the healing of wound better, reduce the rate of amputation and the amputation plane, When the blood sugar is controled evidently.
