Purpose:A retrospective analysis of 70 cases of diabetic foot admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine from July 2018 to July 2019 was carried out to summarize the treatment process of combination of Chinese and Western medicine.Material and method:(1)According to the screening criteria,70 inpatients were included in the group for detailed medical history review and general condition examination,including age,gender,course of diabetes,complications,and the basic information of the infection focus was extracted,including the degree of infection,the amount of exudation,the scope of large and small,the surrounding redness and swelling,and the patient's conscious pain.(2)The basic treatment idea of the patients in the group was determined according to infection or ischemia.The patients in the group were treated with infection control,wound debridement and granulation culture.After the patients in the group improved blood supply,wound debridement and granulation culture,the local wound materials were recorded and followed up for half a month,one month and three months after discharge.(3)Analyze and summarize.Results: 70 patients were discharged with wound healing in 3 cases,effective in 65 cases,ineffective(amputation)in 2 cases,the healing rate was 4.3%,the effective rate was 92.9%,and ineffective(amputation rate)in 2.9%;26 patients were followed up half a month after discharge,the area of the wound was reduced in 42 cases,and the limb stump of the amputee grew well;43 patients were followed up with wound healing in one month,the area of the wound was reduced in 25 cases,and the limb stump of the amputee was closed well after removal of suture;3 All the wounds healed in the patients who were followed up for months.The stumps of the amputees closed well,which met the standard of prosthesis installation.The average healing days were 32.46 ± 10.57 days.Conclusion: 1.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can make individualized treatment plan for diabetic foot with infection or ischemia as the main treatment.It has obvious curative effect in many aspects,such as removing carrion,cultivating fresh granulation,promoting epithelialization,shortening the time of hospitalization treatment and relieving the conscious pain of the affected limb,and has a good prognosis.It is a safe treatment method.2.For the infected patients,after the infection status was corrected,the necrotic tissue liquefying was accelerated,and fresh granulation was cultured to cover the wound.3.For the patients with lower extremity ischemia,after improving the blood supply of lower extremity artery,various debridement methods were used to remove the surface necrotic tissue,promote the growth of granulation tissue and accelerate the epithelization.
