Objective:To investigate the effect of Chinese herbal medicine washing on the early diabetic foot.Through the study of patients with the change in Glucose, blood flow,blood lipid,glycated hemoglobin,Platelet aggregation rate, nerve conduction velocity,and clinical symptoms of the impact,analysis of the role of traditional Chinese medicine and its clinical application value.Methods:1 clinical data:64 cases of diabetic foot patients from First Hospital of Wuhan City of Endocrinology 2005.8-2007.8 patients,according to the principle of randomly divided into two groups:traditional Chinese medicine group of 32 patients and control group of 32 patients.2 inclusion criteria:with serious neuropathy and vascular disease,foot ulcers dangerous,but no Ulcer of patients with diabetic foot.3 Exclusion criteria:diabetic patients in end-stage;merger liver,kidney with the endocrine system diseases,mental patients;severe infectious diseases,other than the one provided medication,can not determine the effect of judgement,such as those affecting efficacy.4 treatments:two groups of patients both with improve microcirculation,anti-infection,foot ulcers debridement,control glucose and complications,and traditional Chinese medicine group on the basis of the above group there also Chinese medicine washing for treatment.5 Laboratory:All the patients were detected before and after treatment in blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,lipids,blood rheology,platelet aggregation,nerve conduction velocity,and other indicators.6 safety of6.1 laboratory tests:blood,urine,fecal Rt.,liver,kidney function,ECG.blood coagulation tests,to check blood per One week,liver and kidney function,blood coagulation per two weeks.6.2 adverse reactions:To observe if there discomfort after the patients taking the drug,combined with the inspection results of blood,liver and kidney function,blood coagulation,observation of this inspection is non-toxic side effects of drugs.7 Determine efficacy:Reference to the "practical diabetes study",Publicing of People's Health Press,combined with clinical efficacy evaluation standard set.8 Statistical Methods:SPSS12.0 statistical analysis software calculations. All measurement data used x±s(mean±standard deviation)that the use of t-test;count data using X~2 test.Results:1 The control group and the Chinese Medicines clinical effect of changes in comparison:after two course of treatment,the overall clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine group is superior than the control group (p＜0.01).2 Glucose,HbAlc changes:two groups after treatment the levels of Glucose and HbAlc have decreased(p＜0.01),showed that all patients with good control of blood glucose levels during the period.3 on the role of lipids:control and the Chinese Medicines groups before and after treatment lipid indicators have improved significantly(p＜0.01),but after treatment between the two groups have no significant difference(p＞0.05).4 The index of hemorheology:before and after treatment,hemorheology indicators of the control and the Chinese Medicines groups have improved significantly(p＜0.01),and the Chinese Medicines Board is better than the control group(p＜0.01,or p＜0.05).5 Platelet aggregation rate of change:before and after treatment,Platelet aggregation rate of the control and the Chinese Medicines groups have decreased significantly(p＜0.01),and the Chinese Medicines Board is better than the control group(p＜0.05).6 two groups after treatment,the sports conduction velocity and feel conduction velocity improved(p＜0.01,or p＜0.05).And Chinese Medicines Compared with the control group there were significant differences(p＜0.01)Conclusion:The test results showed that:the basic of conventional treatment,combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment diabetic foot can promote the establishment of collateral circulation to improve the physical local blood circulation,lifting vasospasm,can limb pain,reduced swelling receded,improve skin color,and anti-inflammatory to rot,to promote wound healing.Indicators of hemorheology,nerve conduction velocity,enhanced Dorsal foot arterial pulse,and so have significantly improved.On blood lipids,HbAlc there is a certain effect.
