Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform To Explore The Analysis Of The Medication Rules Of Famous And Old Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Acne

Purpose:Collect and sort out the records of famous and old Chinese medicine doctors,use the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform system to mine the medicine rules of the famous old Chinese doctors in the treatment of acne,and use analysis methods such as complex system entropy clustering to conduct deeper analysis of the data to discover their potential new prescription combinations,Provide new guiding significance for clinical treatment of acne.Material and method:Based on current monographs in the library of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,we collect and sort out medical records of modern famous and old Chinese medicine doctors in the treatment of acne;and search the CNKI,Wanfang database and Weipu database for papers published in core journals in the past 10 years.Use the traditional chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform software to analyze the drugs used by famous and old Chinese doctors to treat acne,and conduct data mining from the aspects of drug frequency,sex and flavor return,drug dosage,association rules,complex system entropy clustering,etc.,to get the famous old chinese medicine treatment The regularity of medication for acne.Results:1.Analyze 163 prescriptions,involving a total of 238 Chinese medicines.The top 10 medicines are: scutellaria,peony bark,forsythia,licorice,red peony root,rehmannia,salvia,dandelion,angelica,honeysuckle.The main meridians are the liver,stomach,heart and lung meridians.Nature and flavor are dominated by cold temperature.The commonly used doses of the top 10 drugs(except licorice)are: Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi 10 g,Moutan cortex10 g,Forsythia suspense 15 g,Red peony root 10 g,Rehmannia glutinosa 15 g,Danshen 15 g,Dandelion 30 g,Angelica 10 g,Honeysuckle 15 g.2.According to the analysis of the prescription law,the commonly used drug pairs are:(1)Moutan cortex,red peony root;(2)Moutan cortex,licorice;(3)Scutellaria baicalensis,Moutan cortex;(4)Forsythia,Moutan cortex;(5)Rehmannia glutinosa,Moutan cortex;,Licorice;(7)Scutellaria,red peony root;(8)Rehmannia,red peony root;(9)Forsythia,salvia;(10)Scutellaria,licorice.3.The core medicines used by famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors to treat acne are:Danshen,Dandelion,Honeysuckle,Forsythia,Licorice,Scutellaria,Moutan Bark,Mulberry Bark,Red Peony Root,and Rehmannia Root.4.Based on the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering analysis,the new recipes are:(1)Nepeta,Radix,Black Snake,Cicada slough;(2)White peony root,Rehmannia glutinosa,Poria,Tangerine peel,Jiao Hawthorn;Fritillaria Zhejiang;(4)Yinchen,Polygonum cuspidatum,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Nepeta,Cicada slough,White fresh skin;(5)Rehmannia glutinosa,Cornus,Anemarrhena,Morinda officinalis;(7)Baijiangcao,Lithospermum,Daqingye,Bombyx mori,Turmeric;(8)Fructus citrifolia,Chuanxiong,Moutan bark,Magnolia officinalis,Cyperus rotundus;(9)White lentils,Amomum villosum,Gallus gallus domesticus,ginseng;(10)White lentils,wood Fragrant,Gallus gallus,Gorgon;(11)Honeysuckle vine,Chonglou,Shegan,Hedyotis diffusa,Tiankui seeds;(12)Honeysuckle vine,louver,keel,South ginseng;(13)Licorice,Coptis,Rhubarb,Yinchen,Beidou Root;(14)Kombu,Citrus aurantium,Perilla,Rubescens;(15)Myrrh,wood incense,Gallus gallus,Frankincense;(16)Citrus,buffalo horn,mugwort,Potentilla;(17)Albizia bark,Tribulus terrestris,Shouwu vine,Lily;(18)Bupleurum,Turmeric,Houttuynia,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Cyperus rotundusConclusion:1.Modern famous and old Chinese medicine mostly use heat clearing medicine and blood activating and stasis removing medicine to treat acne,and heat clearing and blood cooling medicine is the most in heat clearing medicine,which is in line with the characteristics of acne.2.The study found that in the treatment of acne drugs,the four Qi are mainly cold and warm,the five flavors are mainly bitter and sweet,and the meridian tropism is mainly liver and stomach;Most of the prescriptions are used in combination of cold and warm without damaging the right side,and mainly focus on clearing away heat,cooling blood and detoxifying,and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.3.Through the analysis of drug association rules and complex system entropy clustering,we can know that the treatment is mostly from Pipa Qingfei Decoction,Qingre Jiedu Decoction,and so on.According to the different symptoms,it can be combined with drugs with the functions of dispersing knot,nourishing Yin,promoting qi and relieving pain,and flexibly form prescriptions to achieve the same treatment.
