Based On The Literature And Clinical Research, The Drug Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Assisted EGFR-TKIs In The Treatment Of Lung Cancer Were Discussed

Purpose: According to the literature review of EGFR-TKIs in the treatment of lung cancer in recent 10 years,combined with the analysis of clinical cases of EGFR-TKIs in the treatment of lung cancer patients,the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine during the treatment of small molecule targeted drugs for lung cancer were discussed.According to the literature review of EGFR-TKIs in the treatment of lung cancer in recent 10 years,combined with the analysis of clinical cases of EGFR-TKIs in the treatment of lung cancer patients,the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine during the treatment of small molecule targeted drugs for lung cancer were discussed.Method:Search the Chinese journal full-text database and Wanfang Medical Network for nearly 10 years' domestic literature on EGFR-TKIs treatment of lung cancer,use Excel software to establish the original literature database,and enter the first author's name,literature title,published years and Chinese medicine prescription.Collect the clinical data of the patients treated in Professor Yin Dongfeng's outpatient clinic from January 2019 to December 2020,use the retrospective research method,use Excel software to establish the original clinical database,and enter the patient's name,gender,age,four diagnosis data and the Chinese medicine prescription of each visit during the period.The statistics software of ancient and modern medical record cloud platform was used to mine the medication rule of TCM in literature and clinical database,and the data of frequency,tropism of nature and taste,drugs and other common TCM prescriptions were analyzed.Excel software was used to classify the commonly used anti-tumor TCM in literature and clinical database,which provided reference for clinical prescription medication.Results:1.A total of 146 literatures were included in the literature study,including 190 prescriptions and 220 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.During the treatment of NSCLC with EGFR-TKIs,the method of invigorating qi and nourishing yin is the main treatment of TCM.The four herbs are mainly cold and warm,the five herbs are sweet,bitter and pungent,and most of them belong to liver and lung meridians.Most of the traditional Chinese medicines are heat-clearing drugs and tonic drugs.Anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicines are mostly of the category of strengthening body resistance and training.2.A total of 67 patients were included in the clinical study,including 134 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine and 126 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.The four qi of traditional Chinese medicine are mainly cold and warm,the five flavors are mainly bitter,sweet and pungent,and the meridian tropism is mainly lung and liver.Most of the traditional Chinese medicines are heat-clearing drugs and tonic drugs.During the clinical EGFR-TKIs treatment of lung cancer,the traditional Chinese medicine was to regulate qi activity,and Xiaochaihu Decoction was used as the main prescription for syndrome differentiation.Conclusion:1.Cold-type drugs,sweet and bitter drugs,drugs belonging to liver and lung channels,heat-clearing drugs and deficiency-tonifying drugs are the most commonly used drugs in the treatment of lung cancer with EGFR-TKIs.2.With the wide application of EGFR-TKIs,the protection of TCM in treating lung cancer with EGFR-TKIs should be weakened and the loading should be strengthened.3.Both Yiqi Yangyin method and Qi-regulating method can be used to assist EGFR-TKIs in treating lung cancer.
