Study On The Medication Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Advanced Lung Cancer

Objective:By collecting various literatures on the treatment of advanced lung cancer by traditional Chinese medicine published in various journals in the past 20 years,we analyzed the rules of medicine used in the treatment of advanced lung cancer by Chinese medicine,and summarized the rules of medication.Methods: Through the collection of Wanfang database,CNKI Chinese journal full-text database,Weipu Chinese journal database,Chinese biomedical literature database published in the Chinese medicine treatment of advanced lung cancer literature,according to the literature inclusion standards,the Chinese medicines in the documents that meet the standards are entered into the Excel database.We analyze the frequency and frequency of traditional Chinese medicine,and count the frequency and frequency of the type of medicine,four qi and five flavors,return to the classics,and analyze the line factor of SPSS 21.0 for high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine.Results: This study finally included 302 qualified literatures,obtained 302 prescription samples,and 227 tastes of Chinese medicine variables.The cumulative frequency of the variables was 3680.The top 15 drugs are Astragalus,Atractylodes,Poria,Licorice,Ophiopogon japonicus,Hedyotis diffusa,Codonopsis,Pinellia,Fritillaria,Coix Seed,Orange peel,Pseudostellaria heterophylla,Scutellaria barbata,Angelica,Curcuma,drug type Among them,the most frequent one is tonic,and the second is heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs.The highest frequency of Wuwei is sweet medicine,while the fourth qi is most frequently used by warm medicines.The highest frequency of meridian medicine is the lung meridian,followed by the spleen meridian and stomach meridian.Factor analysis of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine found 17 common factors(components),of which the first six were component 1: Angelica,Radix Rehmanniae,Rehmannia glutinosa,and Radix Paeoniae Albae;Component 2:Wolfberry,Dogwood,Psoralen;Component 3: Ophiopogon japonicus,South Adenophora,Lily,Scrophulariaceae;Ingredient 4: Shi Jianchuan,Shi Shangbai;Ingredient 5: Codonopsis,Atractylodes,Poria,Orange peel;Ingredient 6: Almond,Schisandra,Mulberry,etc.Conclusion:The patients with lung cancer in the middle and advanced stages are based on "positive deficiency",which is caused by the mutual connection of "stasis","poison",and "phlegm".The main treatment for medical treatment is to strengthen the body and eliminate evil.The main medicine is to strengthen the lungs and strengthen the spleen.The commonly used medicines are astragalus,codonopsis,Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria,radix ginseng and Ophiopogon japonicus.The main purpose of removing evil is "clearing heat and detoxifying","resolving phlegm and cough","resolving blood stasis".The common drugs for clearing heat and detoxification are Hedyotis diffusa and Scutellaria barbata,and commonly used drugs for relieving phlegm and cough are Pinellia,Fritillaria cirrhosa,tangerine peel,and common stasis drugs are Angelica,Curcuma,etc.
