Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform To Explore The Syndromes And Medication Rules Of Diabetic Osteoporosis

Purpose:Based on the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform Management System(V2.5)",to explore the symptoms and medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic osteoporosis in the past 20 years,and provide theoretical basis and data reference for clinical medication.Material and method:Through searching the Chinese National Knowledge Base,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,and VIP Chinese Journal Service Platform from October 2000 to October 2020,the literature on the treatment of diabetic osteoporosis with traditional Chinese medicine was selected,and the document name and the first author were selected after screening.,The year of publication,syndrome differentiation,prescription name,drug composition,etc.are the subject of Excel table database.And apply platform analysis to get the frequency of drug use,drug classification,sex and flavor return to menstruation,etc.Through statistical methods such as association rule method and complex system entropy clustering,the data is collected and analyzed to obtain high-frequency drug pairs,core prescriptions and new prescriptions,and the drug usage rules among them are explored.Results:1.A total of 103 documents were included,involving 131 Chinese medicines.According to the "frequency statistics",16 Chinese medicines with a frequency of 20 times or more were used.Among them,the top 10 tastes were Rehmannia glutinosa,Astragalus,Epimedium,Achyranthes,Yam,Cornus,Salvia,Eucommia,Chinese wolfberry,Drynaria fortunei.2.The top five categories in terms of the distribution of medicines are tonic,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing away heat,collecting astringent,and dispelling rheumatism.3.In the classification of syndrome types,there are mainly liver and kidney deficiency syndromes,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.4.In the analysis of the four gas and five flavors,the four gas used most frequently is warm,the lowest used is cool,and the five flavors used more frequently are sweet,bitter,and pungent.The top 5 in the return meridian are the kidney meridian,liver meridian,spleen meridian,heart meridian,and lung meridian.5.Application of association rule analysis,cluster analysis and other evolutions to obtain the top 4 drug combinations in frequency of use are "Astragalus-Epimedium","Rehmannia glutinosa-Astragalus","Rehmannia glutinosa-Cornus","Rehmannia glutinosa-Achyranthes bidentata" ",and received a total of 8 core combinations and 4 new prescriptions.Conclusion:Through the analysis results of the management system of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform,it is concluded that the pathogenesis of diabetic osteoporosis is mainly liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis blocking the collaterals.Although the disease location is bone,it is closely related to the kidney,liver,and spleen.In the treatment,the principle of nourishing the liver and kidney,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is the principle of prescription medicine,which provides theoretical support and data reference for the clinical Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic osteoporosis and the development of new drugs.
