Purpose:Through the comparison of the treatment of spleen deficit water stopped hepatitis B after the treatment of spleen deficiency,the clinical efficacy of the spleen is analyzed,and its adverse reactions are observed,and the effectiveness and safety are observed.Provide new ideas.Material and method:By collecting and organizing the clinical case information of patients with hepatitis B after hepatitis B,September-October 2018,98 patients who have been diagnosed from the liver disease outpatients of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,TCM syndrome is spleen deficiency.The selected patient is low-protein low salt,daily attention to rest,wherein the control group uses conventional Western medicine to treat the symptomatic treatment,oral entecavir 0.5mg once,1 time,1 time in the fumeud rice,50mg-100 mg day,1 time(Tutorous patients under the ratio of 2: 5),the compound amino acid capsule was used three times three times,and the treatment group was applied for 1 month,and the treatment group was applied to the treatment group.The presino group became an Atractylodes 15 g,Astragalus 30 g,Atractylodes,30 g,Chenpi 15 g,chicken,15 g of chickens,30 g of the car,15 g of the squid,20 g,Zhigan,10 g.If the cold limbs,add 10 g of Gongzi,9g,cinnamon 10g;if nose,teeth,etc.,the bleeding symptoms such as nasal,add 15 g,side cypoal carbon 15 g,sea hui 30g;Obviously,Jiahaihu 15 g,Yanhusuo 10 g,Tulip 15 g.1 dose of age,warm clothes after water,continuous treatment for 1 month.The main symptoms and signs of the patient before and after treatment(double lower extremities,bloating,fatigue,sneak,psychic,stress pain,qi,jaundice,)physiochemical examination,and monitor the average of 24 hours of urine,and evaluate the evaluation;in treatment The general physical examination items(such as T,P,R,BP),hematuria routine and renal function,electrocardiogram and adverse reactions were made by safety evaluation.After the end,the data was used to statistically analyze the data using SPSS25.0 statistical software,explored whether Chinese medicine co-medicinal drugs were improved in improving clinical symptoms and liver function.Results:Cases:1.There are 98 patients(48 cases in the treatment group,50 in control group)completed 1 month treatment and follow-up.2.Efficacy analysis: After 1 month,the treatment of the treatment group is 25% and 89.58%,respectively,and the total effective rate of the control group is 16% and 68%,and the two groups have a significant difference.(P <0.05);the weight,urine volume of the treatment group was superior to the control group(P <0.05);two groups of abdominal circumference decreased,and there was no statistical significance(P> 0.05).3.After the course of treatment,the liver function(AST,ALT,ALB,CHE)of the treatment group is superior to the control group(P <0.05);the coagulation function(PT,PTA)of the treatment group,superior to the control group(P <0.05);After the treatment,two groups of TBIL and GGT were declined,and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).4.During a month of diagnosis and treatment,two groups did not have a significant adverse reaction,indicating that the safety of this study was good.Conclusion:Western medicine combined with spleen-spleen water treatment of spleen deficiency is better,and there is no significant adverse reaction,high safety,and has a further development and utilization.
