Comparing traditional Chinese medicine syndrome therapeutic effect, for the treatment group,the excellence rate was 68.82%,the total effective rate was 91.40%,for the control group,the excellence rate was 16.67%,the total effective rate was 46.67%, there were significant difference between two groups(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Clinical observation shows that:1.Treatment group used in the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis prescription efficacy of certain patients in improving the symptoms and signs,liver function,etc.is better than the control group,and reduced the occurrence of various complications, patients with reduced pain,improved survival in patients with quality,and security,economic,and clinical treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis,we provide a useful reference.2.The invigorating the spleen and alleviating water retention and inputting albumen through vein has a better effect than the therapy of Western Medicine of emitting ascites and inputting albumen through vein in relive the patients'clinical symptoms and improving the liver function.When the combination of the therapy of Chinese Traditional Medicine of nourishing yin and alleviating water retention and inputting albumen improve the clinics symptoms,it can also improve the liver function which is reflected in ALT,AST,TB,ALB,PTA,improve the liver function unceasing, stabilize the patient's ALB,and improve the patient's blood clotting function to relive the patient's economic tension and the complication such as bleed to establish the curative effect foundation in the long time.
