The selected text of this translation practice report is taken from Lv Kun's book,Moaning Language.Four parts are selected as the original text of this translation.This article belongs to the category of cultural classics.It mainly takes Confucianism as the main body.The whole book reflects the spirit of Confucian self-improvement and active attitude towards the world.A large number of cultural classics words and classical Chinese sentences appear in the text,so the translator calibrates the translation of a large number of terms in the translation process and takes four common terms appeared in the original text to analyze the variable translation of the terms.In addition,the translator also uses translation methods such as free translation and additional strategy to study the sentence translation methods,including the translation of the sentence without logical subject and the C-E translation of modality.The purpose of this translation practice is to provide corresponding references for the study of cultural classics text translation.
