The Development Of Liang Shuming's Philosophical Anthropology Thought

Philosophy of humanity is a subject that takes people as the object,involving many issues such as human nature,human particularity,human position in the world and human culture.As the source of Liang Shu-ming's academic thoughts,the traditional Confucian,Conscious-Only,life philosophy and other theories all take human as the core of the theory,while Liang Shu-ming himself especially emphasizes the dominant role of human to the world.Therefore,to do the research of Liang Shu-ming's academic thought from the perspective of philosophical anthropology can highlight the characteristics of his theory.With timeline and academic works as the clues to the research,this paper divides the development history of Liang Shu-ming's philosophical anthropology into three stages.In the first stage,the main content of his research is the definition of human nature and human culture,which is the initial period of his humanistic theory.In the second stage,the main content of his research is the understanding of the human society,which is the maturity of his humanistic theory.In the third stage,the main content of his research is to amend the details of the theory and integrate each part into whole,which is the summary period of his theory.Liang Shu-ming presents the essence of human being root in the life nature which is connected with the essence of the universe,so as to reveal the dominance of human beings in the world.As the object of human activities,the world also play the role of promoting and inhibiting the subject,which is unified in the subject's life activities.But the human activity concentrate on the development of life nature,otherwise it is the immorality.Meanwhile,the human society's construction depends on the morality.The material world and human society are united through human activities,and develop continuously within the development of human nature.
