Mengyuan Hexi Road From The Perspective Of Ethnic Relations

Hexi is located between the Mongolian Plateau and the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,south of The Lili Mountain,north of The Li Mountain,forming a narrow corridor terrain,become the Central Plains Western Region cultural traffic.With the present Ningxia,qinghai,present-day Xinjiang border.The superior geographical location has always been a battleground for the soldiers.Since the West Han"chisel" Silk Road,Hexi has become the main channel of land transportation between China and the West,as the most important section of the land Silk Road,Hexi has played an important role in connecting The Culture,Politics,Economy and Cultural Exchange between China and the West.After the Mongolian rulers occupied the west of the river,the traffic on Hexi Road was restored.As its south and unified Central Plains military material transport main road.After the establishment of the Yuan Dynasty,the national set up a star-studded road station red system,convenient development of the transportation network to consolidate its rule.Hexi has set up two Ruth Road and ZTE Road,Yongchang Road,Ganzhou Road,forming the main traffic main road in hexi area.The hexi road-based station became an important route for land transportation between China and the West during the Mengyuan period.The transportation network formed between Hexi Road and the surrounding provinces facilitates the exchange between the Western Region and the Mainland,and helps the Rulers of Mengyuan to rule the Central Plains.In this paper,combined with the previous research results,the setting of the Yuan Dynasty Hexi Road road and the transportation network and the role played by Hexi Road to further analyze.The main content is divided into four parts:The first part is an introduction,which mainly introduces the academic research on the Hexi area.Through a review of the academic history of the Hexi area,we can better understand the research status of the Hexi area and facilitate further research on the situation of Mengyuan Hexi Road.The second part introduces the situation of ethnic groups in the Hexi region during the historical period,and looks at the development of Hexi Road from the perspective of ethnic activities and trade exchanges between ethnic groups.The third part introduces Hexi Road under the rule of Mongolian Yuan,mainly to the south of Mongolia,to destroy Xixia,Hexi is ruled by Mongolian kings,and the kings set up post road traffic in Hexi area for the transportation of materials.In the Yuan Dynasty,Ganzhou Road,Zhongxing Road,Yongchang Road and Nalian Road were established in the Hexi area to communicate Hexi with Helin Xiyu and Ningxia.These post roads mainly carried the functions of military material transportation and conveying decree.The fourth part narrates the influence of Mengyuan Hexi Road,and analyzes the role of Hexi Post Road on Sino-Western trade and religious cultural dissemination from the aspects of trade and religious culture.Through the above narrative,the post roads in Hexi area and the traffic in the surrounding area are combed to analyze the development of Hexi Road and its historical role during the Mongolian and Yuan Dynasties,so as to look at the overall development of Hexi Road in the Mongolian and Yuan Dynasties Happening.
