In the early 20th century, the various countries and regions in the world were affected by the women's movement in western countries.Different from western countries,Soviet Russia explored and developed a set of women's policies suitable for the national conditions of Russia, which realized the equal rights of men and women in law.In the 1920s,the women's emancipation movement of Muslim in Central Asia was gradually pushed forward by Soviet Russia, which was an important part of the Soviet women's movement. The religious and cultural color in Central Asia is different from that in other regions of Soviet Russia, which is an indication of the particularity and arduousness of women's emancipation in Central Asia.Taking the mid-1920s as the boundary, under the auspices of the Ministry of Women of Soviet Russia, prophase women's emancipation work in Central Asia emphasized on persuasion and education through the ways of women's clubs and literacy schools, which strived to promote women's education and improve women's living conditions under the gender order of the traditional society in Central Asia.Later, with the stability of the Soviet regime, under the leadership of government agencies, the women's emancipation work in Central Asia were committed to changing the isolated reality of local Muslim women in a short time,in order to realize the complete emancipation of them, and the hallmark of this is to take off Muslim women's veil. The "Hujum" movement in the late 1920s brought a large number of women out of their homes to participate in national construction and industrial production, laying the foundation for the cultivation of national consciousness among women in Central Asia and the victory of the Patriotic War in the 1940s.Through the phased research,in this article, exploring the transformation of the women's emancipation movement in Central Asia from persuasion education to radical change;the women's emancipation in the modernization process in Central Asia of Soviet Russia is analyzed, and the influence of it on the construction of Soviet Russia and the development of Central Asia is also analyzed;the deep-seated reason and great historical significance for promoting women's emancipation by Soviet Russia is discussed, which is in border minority regions with unique cultural traditions in Central Asia. This article is divided into four parts. The first part mainly explores the background of women's emancipation in Central Asia, outlines the living conditions of women in Russia and Central Asia before the great October Revolution, and separately from the perspective of women in the Bolshevism and the women proposed by the jadid movement. Two aspects of educational thought are expounded. The second part introduces women's work under the guidance of the Bolshevism's view of women before Lenin's era before the middle of the 20th century.Women's work at this stage was basically dominated by the Women's Ministry, which was relatively independent at that time. The article sorts out women's emancipation work in Central Asia during this period from the aspects of organization, work, and women's and children's issues.Although the Ministry of Women's approach is based on persuasion and education,it has achieved certain results. The third part is the Stalin era in the late 1920's.It was marked by the Hujum removal of the veil in 1927 and began to promote the process of women's emancipation by more radical means.Although it achieved great results, the movement was radical The method has aroused resentment in traditional society in Central Asia and caused serious casualties among women participating in the movement. The fourth part discusses the reasons why the Soviet Union promoted the women's emancipation movement in Central Asia. From the perspective of Bolshevism women, analyze the political discourse in the women 's emancipation movement in Central Asia, and with the establishment of the Soviet Union, the needs of the consolidation of the Soviet power in Central Asia and the need to build the country s reason.Discuss the starting point and necessity of liberating Muslim women in Soviet countries.
