Research On The Development Strategy Of Y Psychological Counseling Service Company Under The Background Of The Internet

Y psychological and consulting service company,a traditional psychological service company is our research object.In this article this company's future development strategy was proposed by analysis of the company's development strategic environment with "Internet +" platform technology.Firstly the domestic and foreign situations in this field were analyzed and the feasibility report of its development strategy was given.Secondly,it introduces the research of the organizational structure,operating status and the latent problems of Company Y in the current Chinese psychological environment.Thirdly,the evaluations of the external and internal economic environments of company Y were carried out.Definitely,the PEST environmental analysis technology was conducted for a comprehensive assessment of the external environment of Company Y,and VRIO model and benchmarking(BMK)method will be used for analysis of the comprehensive internal environment.Moreover,not only SWOT matrix was lied to specify the future development strategy,otherwise the business process strategies and cardinal strategies at different aspects were studied,but also the implementations of Company Y's future strategies would be given.Finally,the safeguarding methods and risk control mechanisms for the implementation of the company's development strategy was the kernel of the last part.Company Y and the other traditional businesses in China gradually shifted their focus to upgrading with “Internet+” technology platform.Therefore,the purpose of this article is to analyze the associated environments and find a suitable strategy for the company Y and hope to provide valuable advice and materials for similar enterprises in the field.
