Research On Regional Development Strategy In Inner Mongolia Of Isee Cinderella Art School

In recent years,domestic enterprises engaged in culture and art training have developed well,and there are still many difficulties in the expansion of such enterprises,including: first,the industry has a low entry threshold and a large number of practitioners,so it faces fierce competition,there is a lot of bad competition in the industry,and the training price is lack of standardization;Second,in the process of participating in cultural training,the public has insufficient understanding of this field,so the environment can have a negative impact on it,which is not conducive to improving the effect of training;Third,institutions engaged in children's culture and art training have limited effect on children's training due to the strength gap and the uneven strength of teachers.Therefore,it can be concluded that there is still much room for improvement in domestic training in this field.This paper takes Isee Cinderella as an example,applies it to this study with the help of relevant theoretical knowledge of strategic management,and then deeply explores the future operation problems of Isee Cinderella.The research finds that its development strategy has the following problems: lack of enterprise marketing talents,poor marketing development,immature internal management mode and small number of full-time teachers,The proportion of professionals is too low.In addition,with the development of practical work,this research can summarize the future development trend of cultural training industry,serve as the basis for estimating the strategic development of Isee Cinderella enterprise,guide the strategic planning of the enterprise,and help to improve the current business problems of the company by studying the shortcomings exposed by Isee Cinderella in business,Other peers can also get some useful inspiration through this paper,which has a certain reference value.It can be seen from the above contents that for Cinderella art school,its strategy formulation and implementation is a coherent and systematic process.Therefore,the strategy should be designed carefully,and in the process of implementation,we should pay close attention to the changes of the external environment,so as to adjust the strategy in time.
