Symbolic expression techniques are widely used in various fields.With the development of the times,Contemporary Meticulous flower and bird paintings pay more and more attention to the reflection of the current life reality on the way of exploration and innovation.Symbolic expression techniques can assist the expression of the concept of the picture,extend the meaning of the picture,and increase the interaction between the painter and the viewer.As one of the branches of traditional Chinese painting,Contemporary Meticulous flower and bird painting is naturally influenced by our times and social and cultural background,so people in different social and cultural backgrounds interpret different contents of symbols.This paper mainly summarizes the classification and characteristics of symbolic expression techniques in Contemporary Meticulous flower and bird paintings,and uses a large number of Contemporary Meticulous flower and bird painters' works to illustrate their own views.And elaborated the symbolic expression technique in my sketch,the creation utilization.In the process of combination of practice and theory to experience the symbolic expression of meticulous flower and bird painting.
