The full name of MOOC is Massive Open Online Courses,which is translated into Chinese as "Large scale open online courses",referred to as MOOCS or MOOC for short.The word MOOC is transliteration of the abbreviation.In today's education informationization,moocchio has been widely concerned by all walks of life with its large-scale,open and fragmented teaching form.Especially after the outbreak of the new crown epidemic in December 2019,in order to ensure the normal teaching activities,all colleges and universities across the country adopt network teaching methods including MOOC to maintain teaching activities.At present,scholars mostly focus on how to build MOOC to meet students' personalized service needs,whether MOOC will replace the traditional education mode,and whether MOOC can promote education equity.In the field of art education,there is little research on MOOC,a new teaching mode.Based on this,this study takes MOOC,a representative MOOC platform of Chinese universities,as the main research sample,and adopts the research method of combination of quantitative research and case analysis to make an in-depth analysis of the impact and change of MOOC,a new education mode,on art education.This study is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which includes the reason for choosing the topic,literature review,research purpose and significance,etc.;the second chapter describes and summarizes the concept,characteristics and classification of MOOCS,and combs the development process of MOOCS in foreign countries and the emergence of MOOCS in Chinese arts through literature reading;the third chapter adopts the empirical research method to study the MOOC platform courses in Chinese universities In the fourth chapter,on the basis of empirical research,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of art MOOC,and on this basis,the author analyzes the development prospect of art MOOC in China in the future Outlook.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.This study finds that the future development direction of art education is an online and offline education mode.In the future,art class MOOC needs to strengthen the construction of art class MOOC platform,improve therationality of art class MOOC,make up for the lack of interaction between teachers and students of art class MOOC,stimulate the internal mechanism of learners,and further promote the education equity of art class MOOC.
