Research On Qing Palace Opera Paintings

In the Qing Dynasty place,the drama activity is very popular and it left a series of precious opera atlas,namely Qing palace drama painting.They recorded the court opera performances in the middle and late Qing dynasty in the way of painting,which can supplement and prove the documents of other Qing court operas.This paper mainly discusses two relations one is the relationship between the images of traditional Chinese opera and the history of traditional Chinese opera,that is,the relationship between the Qing palace opera and the history of the development of traditional Chinese opera;The second is the relationship between the opera images and the opera texts,that is the relationship between the opera paintings in the palace of the Qing dynasty and the opera books and archives of Sheng Ping agency.Based on the idea of comparative study,this paper studies the history of opera in the Qing palace by images,and other opera documents and images by plays and paintingsThis paper is divided into four chapters the first chapter mainly discusses the production conditions and background of the opera in the Qing dynasty.In clarifying the produce time,producing purpose and draw the basic "facts" problems,such as identity and further discuss it with the best pavilion,the office of wine such as palace,after discussion with the emperor,actors,painters and so on the correlation of the characters,palace came up on the basis of analysis of the Qing dynasty palace culture ecological role on scene painting;The second chapter discusses the reflection of the drama painting of the Qing palace to the history of the opera from the perspective of "the history of the picture can be verified",and excavates the historical materials of the opera painting such as the scope of the opera,the appearance and the use of the end of the construction.The third chapter,with the purpose of”mutual interpretation of pictures and texts",explores the relationship between the Qing dynasty opera painting and the sheng ping agency.At the same time,some opera paintings will be selected and restored to the script,and some archival records will be taken to compare them with the opera paintings,and then discuss the inheritance and transformation of opera images to the opera text,and the degree of presentation of the court performance.On this basis,the paper further discusses the relationship between the images of traditional Chinese opera and the performance of traditional Chinese opera.The fourth chapter compares the pictures of the Qing opera with those of other operas,such as the pictures of other palace operas,folk operas,opera illustrations,and the pictures of the republic of China,and discusses the similarities and differences between them and the pictures of the Qing palace operas,so as to achieve the purpose of "interpreting pictures by pictures".The drama paintings in the Qing palace contain rich historical materials,which is a "visual" history of court drama in the middle and late Qing dynasty.
