With the improvement of China's status and influence in the world and the promotion of "One Belt And One Road","Chinese fever" has become a global trend,and the number of Vietnamese students learning Chinese is increasing.Chinese has a complex grammar system.For the people who studing Chinese,Compound complement of direction is always a difficult learning point.Vietnamese directional structure is quite simple and has a big difference with Chinese compound directional complement.The similarities and differences between the two languages lead to typical errors.It is considered that "Xialai"(??)and "Xiaqu"(??)are two representative types of Directional Complements in Chinese.Its semantic and structural differentiation is complex.This thesis focus on the acquisition of Chinese compound directional complement "Xialai"(??)and "Xiaqu"(??)by Vietnamese students,analyze the causes of errors in Vietnamese students' acquisition of Chinese compound tendency complement.In addition,i puts forward some concrete measures for teachers' teaching strategies.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:Expounds the research reason and significance of this paper,and summarizes the research status of the tendency of complement "Xialai"(??)and "Xiaqu"(??),the basic theory of the study of second language acquisition and the research methods in this thesis.Based on previous studies,this paper classifies the semantic and grammatical structures of "??" and "??",find out the corresponding Vietnamese expressions for each category of "??" and "??".According to the results of the survey,this paper puts forward the students' error rate,and sums up the semantic and syntactic errors of "??" and "??".The types of semantic errors can be divided into:unclear observation point and unclear extended meaning.The types of syntactic errors can be divided into:incorrect object order,incorrect "?" order and incomplete sentence components.This thesis puts forward the causes of Vietnamese students'errors in Chinese compound directional complement and puts forward teaching strategies.The main causes of errors are:negative transfer of mother tongue knowledge,negative transfer of target language knowledge,lack of teaching skills,and lack of teaching materials.On teaching strategies,this paper points out three points of view:reasonable arrangement of teaching sequence,"teaching according to students";strengthening language sense and context teaching;compiling teaching materials reasonably.In addition,this paper proposes specific measures for classroom teaching.
