Getting rid of poverty is an important event and miracle in the history of poverty reduction in China and even in the world.In the process of getting rid of poverty in China,the Communist Party of revitalization,and promoting rural revitalization in poverty-stricken areas on the basis of poverty alleviation and consolidation,thus providing a continuous endogenous motivation for preventing systematic poverty return.In the next stage,poverty-stricken areas should carry out poverty alleviation,consolidation and integration of rural revitalization.In order to further take the road of getting rid of poverty and consolidating rural revitalization in the new era,it is necessary to profoundly summarize the achievements of getting rid of poverty,deeply analyze the ethical problems existing in the current process of getting rid of poverty,deeply analyze the ethical causes of the problems existing in getting rid of poverty and strengthening rural revitalization,and then provide useful reference for promoting the next stage of getting rid of poverty and consolidating rural revitalization.Poverty alleviation and consolidation include two stages: poverty alleviation and rural concept,need to further improve the fairness of poverty alleviation assessment,lack of moral consciousness of poverty alleviation objects,and insufficient attention to people's all-round development.These problems are caused not only by the objective natural environment in poverty-stricken areas,but also by specific related groups.It is embodied in the problems of inadequate government,lack of moral consciousness of poverty alleviation objects,lack of rural ethical and cultural system,and imperfect moral supervision mechanism for poverty alleviation.Rural revitalization is the development trend and process of getting rid of poverty.In 2021,the No.1 Document of the Central Committee put forward that poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas should be coordinated with rural revitalization,and the basic principles of rural revitalization should be constructed while promoting poverty alleviation and consolidation.Rural revitalization requires the construction of rural cultural ethics community in the new era,and new industrial ethics,cultural ethics,economic ethics,ecological ethics and social ethics.Under the rural revitalization,the construction of rural ethical community has a new value orientation.The connotation of this value orientation lies in the ethical direction of the strategic measures of rural revitalization,which is manifested in various aspects such as social governance,material wealth,family concept,ecological concept,neighborhood relationship,etc.,forming a set of ethical values with perfect value and closed system,and guiding the in-depth war of rural revitalization.Poverty alleviation and rural revitalization are the future practice trends of poverty-stricken areas.To prevent the poverty-stricken areas from systematically returning to poverty,it is necessary to make a systematic connection with rural revitalization while getting rid of poverty and consolidating.Idea is the forerunner of action.Only by profoundly summarizing the ethical problems existing in poverty alleviation and precision poverty alleviation,and deeply understanding the general ethical value of rural revitalization,can we better achieve poverty alleviation and consolidation in poverty-stricken areas and better carry out rural revitalization.Therefore,it is urgent to implement the ethical construction of poverty alleviation and consolidation in poverty-stricken areas and then promote rural revitalization.To promote the ethical construction of poverty-stricken areas to get rid of poverty and consolidate,and then to promote rural revitalization,we should further grasp the ethical principles that should be adhered to,and put forward ethical countermeasures based on summing up problems and basing on the future.First,we should sort out the correct ethical concepts.Its ethical concept should start from two aspects,one is the continuation of the concept of poverty alleviation,the other is the extension of the ethical concept of rural revitalization.Therefore,in the practice of poverty-stricken areas to promote rural revitalization,we should adhere to the principles of unity of fairness and efficiency,unity of power and responsibility,unity of care and assistance,unity of stage development and long-term development,and unity of all-round development and key development.Second,we should adhere to the correct ethical countermeasures.Specifically,based on the development of poverty-stricken areas,it is the first fundamental task to clarify the ethical responsibilities of all parties,form a joint force from consolidation and rural revitalization,scientifically plan,sort out the correct development concept,and promote the rational evaluation of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization;Grasping the future development trend of rural revitalization,building new industries,constructing correct economic ethics,building rural cultural community,cultivating correct cultural ethics,insisting that green mountains and green mountains are the silver mountains of Jinshan,establishing correct ecological ethics,actively promoting the integration of the three governance and establishing correct ecological ethics,thus forming a perfect rural ethical system and fundamentally correcting related ethical issues.
