For preschool children,kindergarten anxiety is a common emotion.Reading children's picture books with the theme of emotion management is a more effective way to relieve anxiety.It can not only relieve the anxiety caused by entering the kindergarten,but also improve the ability of children's emotion management.This paper starts from the classification of children's picture books,and chooses the emotional management type of children's picture books as the solution to alleviate the anxiety of entering the kindergarten.Through literature research,this paper analyzes several major factors that lead to the anxiety of entering the kindergarten,and selects "fear of physical injury" as the starting point of this paper.This paper uses case analysis method to summarize the practical research of emotional management theme picture books at home and abroad,and combined with the aesthetic characteristics of preschool children,determines the children's picture books with the theme of alleviating the anxiety of entering the kindergarten as the creative carrier.This design creation "my teacher is a monster" tells the story of a child's cognition of the teacher changes before and after entering the kindergarten.Picture books take "fear of physical injury",a specific cause of kindergarten anxiety,as the source of creation,take preschool children's aesthetic feeling as the starting point,take children's cognitive level and feeling ability at this age as the standard of creation,combine their aesthetic psychological preferences,and help children to identify emotion through the form of picture rendering and the composition of visual elements The state of mind.In the content of picture books,colorful pictures,vivid characters of "monster teacher" and interesting interactive binding are used to attractchildren's curiosity in reading.By changing the storyline of picture books,readers can have a good fantasy about the image of "teacher" and convey the recognition that "teacher does not harm our monsters but protect our relatives" The concept of knowledge can better guide and alleviate their negative emotions about the unknown.The innovation of this paper is to pay attention to this vulnerable group who is not paid attention to and suffered from anxiety,so that children can improve their emotion management ability by reading,and then achieve the goal of overcoming the fear of entering the kindergarten and relieving anxiety.This creation also contributes to the creation of childrens picture books with the theme of "difficulty in entering the kindergarten".
