Research On Animal Ornamentation In The Northern Great Wall During The Eastern Zhou Dynasty

Based on archaeological typology and comparative study,this paper makes a comprehensive study on animal ornaments in the Great Wall area of the North during the Eastern Zhou Dynasty.The full text is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.This paper introduces the concept,origin,space-time range,brief history,present situation,research method and purpose of animal grain.The second chapter is the discovery and distribution of animal lines.According to the geographical characteristics and cultural features,the remains of unearthed animal ornaments are divided into three parts: southern Ningxia,Gansu region,central and southern Inner Mongolia region and northern Hebei region.The third chapter is the type and stage of animal decoration carrier.According to the carrier of animal decoration,it is divided into four categories: weapon,tool,vehicle and horse,decoration and stereoscopic animal decoration.The fourth chapter is the division and distribution of animal ornaments.On the basis of the study on the starting and ending time,animal patterns involved and the evolution of animal patterns in the southern region of Ganning,central and southern Inner Mongolia(western region),central and southern Inner Mongolia(eastern region)and northern Hebei,the distribution situation was further studied.The fifth chapter is the research of related problems.This paper studies the origin and cultural connotation of animal ornaments,and selects three kinds of animal ornaments: curly animal pattern decoration,hind limb flip animal pattern decoration and animal pattern decoration.It is found that the animal ornaments in the Great Wall area of northern China have both independent origin and imported from abroad,which proves that cultural communication is usually two-way,simple creation or simple absorption,The cultural connotation of animal lines is analyzed from four angles: totem worship,religious belief,symbolic meaning and aesthetic meaning.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.Summarize and summarize the full text,and point out the shortcomings.
