name + trade name" of private commercial signs in the old town of Qufuming is in the majority,which makes the information of shops more comprehensive and less likely to let people miss information.The biased structure is relatively high,which can better show the business content of the shop,and can add modifiers to indicate the quality of the shop,what are the outstanding characteristics,etc.In terms of rhetoric,homophony,exaggeration,metaphor,and duplicated words are used,which can better attract the attention of the audience and consumers.In the old city of Qufuming,the government public signs are generally divided into five functions,namely warning,propaganda,instruction,introduction and other functions.Among the five functions,the most important is propaganda function.Qufu is the hometown of Confucius and the birthplace of Confucian culture,so it has the reputation of the holy city of the East.Therefore,the Qufu municipal government integrated Confucian culture into the language landscape of Qufu City,highlighting the historical background of the city at all times.From the government public signs to private and private commercial signs,there are strong Confucian traditional thoughts.The government's public language signs are printed with the classic sentences of the Analects of Confucius on the roadside signs or in the wall.The traditional culture in the characters,the abuse of traditional characters,and the excessive commercialization of language landscape.Therefore,this paper hopes that Qufu City can standardize the use of Chinese characters in the construction of new language landscape,and at the same time,enrich the connotation of language landscape,combine with traditional Confucian culture,and further create a strong Confucian traditional cultural atmosphere,so as to improve the quality and influence of the city.
