Shanghai is the most legendary city in China in the past 100 years.It only took more than 100 years for Shanghai to become a leading international metropolis from an unknown fishing village.In the process of urban development,different cultures collide and fuse here,which makes Shanghai culture present the characteristics of richness,diversity and inclusiveness.These characteristics provide literary writers with rich literary materials and broad writing stage,and attract generations of scholars to write for them.Wang Anyi is undoubtedly one of the most important of them,from her "Wenwen series" and "Elapse" in the 1980 s to her "Song of everlasting regret" in the 1990s;From "Fuping","Taozhiyaoyao" and "Tianxiang" at the beginning of the new century to "Kaogongji" in 2018,and then to "A knife,a thousand words" published in 2020,on the basis of inheriting and drawing on the writing experience of Shanghai female writers such as Zhang Ailing and Su Qing,we have endowed ourselves with meticulous and rich Shanghai survival experience,literature,history and other value significance,The perfect integration of personal memory and era memory,history and reality,daily life and eternity,in the world of literature to find and construct a unique "Shanghai".Based on Wang Anyi’s novel texts,this paper attempts to explore Wang Anyi’s writing strategies from presenting "lane" and "Shanghai women" with Shanghai characteristics to constructing "core" of Shanghai,and to interpret the delicate,fastidious,tough and pragmatic cultural spirit of Shanghai.The first chapter explores the relationship among Shanghai,Wang Anyi and Shanghai writing.The paper holds that the realistic Shanghai,which is open,inclusive and has rich historical background,and the long-term writings of scholars,experts and scholars in various periods,together with Wang Anyi’s own experience and thinking,are integrated and supported together to create Wang Anyi’s lasting,rich and unique artistic charm of Shanghai writing.The second chapter explores the content of Wang Anyi’s writing in Shanghai.This chapter mainly focuses on the interpretation of the most representative spatial image in Wang Anyi’s Shanghai writing--lane,the most representative character image--Shanghai women,and the "core"(spirit)of Shanghai presented by the "lane"(object)and Shanghai women image,using the method of combining literary text with literature,To realize the research of Wang Anyi’s Shanghai writing content from point to line and then to surface.The third chapter explores Wang Anyi’s writing strategies in Shanghai.The paper holds that Wang Anyi,from a unique and delicate female perspective,stands in the public’s position,beautifies the daily life of Shanghai from the outside to the inside,from the secular,and then to the essence of the life of the times.As a result,she not only seeks and constructs "Shanghai" in the literary sense,but also reflects her deep thinking about history and city,times and individuals,which is of high literary and sociological research value.
