With the continuous strengthening of China's comprehensive national power and the improvement of the country's cultural soft power,Chinese has been increasingly used as a second language in classrooms around the world.As the most important carrier of Chinese,"Chinese teaching materials" have sprung up.In Chinese textbooks,in addition to specific language knowledge,the characters in the textbooks serve as eliciting language points and have a unique role in showing cultural characteristics.Female characters have a unique social and family role background,as well as the past of China and the international community.Many controversies about Chinese women make the study of Chinese women in Chinese textbooks particularly meaningful.Therefore,in this study,the author focused on the images of Chinese women in five Chinese textbooks at home and abroad,sorted out various objective data on their numbers,appearances,nationalities,ages,etc.in the textbooks,and deeply analyzed the conversational language and appearance design of Chinese women.Compared with the naming situation,the design of Chinese female characters in Chinese textbooks at home and abroad was compared,and the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese and foreign Chinese textbooks in shaping women were summarized.Finally,suggestions for the feasibility of designing Chinese female characters in Chinese textbooks were put forward.The full text consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the reason for the topic,the significance of the research,the previous research,and the specific content and methods of this research.The second part is to conduct an in-depth study of Chinese women in the five selected Chinese textbooks,sort out and analyze the number of characters,appearance rate,naming status,appearance design,and inner personality.The third part mainly classifies the comparative study of three domestic general textbooks and two foreign textbooks,and analyzes the similarities and differences in the design of Chinese female characters in Chinese textbooks at home and abroad and the influencing factors.The fourth part combines overall research and comparison The conclusions drawn after the research,put forward corresponding thinking and suggestions.The fifth part is the conclusion and shortcomings of this article.
