With the popularity of personal mobile devices and the deepening of the Internet,people's demand for knowledge has been further released.The outbreak of the COVID-19 exacerbates this trend.On the other hand,it is difficult for search engines to meet people's personalized demand for knowledge.Some users turn to social Q ?A community to ask questions in order to get accurate answers.But questioning does not mean that knowledge sharing behavior will happen.Exploring the mechanism of knowledge sharing behavior will help us think about how to promote this behavior,which is of great significance to individuals,enterprises and society.At present,there are some conclusions about the relationship between knowledge sharing behavior and personality,but there is still room for further expansion.Firstly,this paper reviews the relevant theories on the relationship between knowledge sharing behavior and personality.Based on the Big Five Model,this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between knowledge sharing behavior and personality of Zhihu platform respondents.Then,we introduce topic professionalism as a moderator to explore the differences of knowledge sharing patterns among respondents with different personalities.It is found that neuroticism has a negative impact on knowledge sharing behavior,extroversion has a positive impact on knowledge sharing behavior.Further analysis shows that the positive effect of extroversion personality on knowledge sharing behavior is strengthened when topic professionalism is low,and the relationship between conscientiousness personality and knowledge sharing behavior turns from uncorrelated to significantly positive;when topic professionalism is high,extroversion personality and Conscientiousness Personality have no significant effect on knowledge sharing behavior.The innovation of this paper is as follows: first,the existing research on social Q? A community is less related to the relationship between user personality and knowledge sharing behavior,and the effective conclusions are less.Based on the Big Five Model,this paper studies the relationship between knowledge sharing behavior and personality of Zhihu users,and tries to clarify the relationship between knowledge sharing behavior and personality in social Q ? A community.Second,the current academic circles focus on external environmental factors and psychological motivation when studying the influencing factors of knowledge sharing behavior,and rarely involves the analysis of question characteristics.There is little research on the influence of topic professionalism on knowledge sharing behavior.This paper takes topic professionalism as the starting point,and finds that different personality users have different knowledge sharing modes,which provides reference for further analysis of knowledge sharing behavior in academic circles.Third,existing researches often use the number of questions or answers of users in a certain field to represent the professionalism of their output text.This paper uses the method of deep learning and questionnaire survey to identify the topic professionalism of users' questions,and uses it to explore the influence of topic professionalism on the relationship between personality and knowledge sharing behavior.It is found that topic professionalism has a moderating effect on the relationship between the two.This paper takes Zhihu users as samples to study the influence of personality characteristics on knowledge sharing behavior,and the differences of knowledge sharing behavior patterns of users with different personality characteristics.It provides a new perspective for the study of the relationship between personality characteristics and knowledge sharing behavior,and proposes that Zhihu platform can recommend different types of questions for users with different personalities,so as to improve the knowledge sharing efficiency of the whole platform.
