Graduate Student Knowledge Sharing

Knowledge sharing is the central goal of knowledge management. The study of knowledge sharing is very rich, different researchers carried out to explore from different angles. In recent years, research on knowledge sharing of Graduate gradually attracted the attention of scholars. This study was to explore the specific circumstances of graduate knowledge sharing based on individual trait and interpersonal relationship. And on this basis to explore better mode of Graduate Knowledge Management and Knowledge Sharing.In this study, 48 second-year graduate student of Qufu Normal University were measured by Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ), and designed a rigorous experimental to study the effects between personal traits,interpersonal and knowledge sharing of graduate.Through independent samples T-test, paired samples T-test, multivariate analysis of variance analysis and other methods. Analyze the differences between demographic variables of knowledge sharing,differences in the dependent variable, finally, analyze the effects between personality,interpersonal and knowledge sharing of graduate, the following conclusions:First, graduate personality impact on knowledge sharing significantly, particularly performance in the core knowledge sharing; second, graduate interpersonal impact on knowledge sharing significantly; third, knowledge factors on the graduate knowledge sharing significantly; fourth, graduate student knowledge sharing significant differences in the professional; fifth, graduate knowledge sharing on gender differences.The factors affecting of graduate knowledge sharing were preliminary summarized by researcher, combined with social practice, interview experts and other means. The main factors are social and cultural factors, institutional factors, organizational factors, personality factors, interpersonal relationship, technical factors, the knowledge factor, efficiency factor. According to the results, combined with previous studies, the researchers from seven aspects raised some strategies to promote knowledge sharing graduate.
