With the advent of knowledge economy,knowledge has become the most active,crucial and dominant component of productive forces.Knowledge undoubtedly becomes the source of enterprises' long-term competitive advantage.However,the loss of tacit knowledge as the source of enterpise innovation in knowledge management is extremely serious,so the research on tacit knowledge has gradually become the focus of researchers.Based on the theory of social cognition,401 employees in knowledge-based enterprises were surveyed by means of Social Capital Questionnaire,Perceived Behavior Control Questionnaire(revised),Employee Vigor Questionnaire,Team Cohesion Questionnaire and Tacit Knowledge Sharing Willingness Questionnaire.Exploring the mechanism of social capital's influence on tacit knowledge sharing Intention under the background of Chinese culture,so as to enrich and improve relevant research.The results show that(1)The revised Cognitive Behavior Control Questionnaire contains one factor and five items with good reliability and validity.(2)Social capital significantly positively predicts employee vitality,team cohesion and cognitive behavioral control,that is,employee with high level of social capital will show more vigor,perceiving higher behavioral control,but also becoming more dependent on groups.(3)Employee vigor and team cohesion significantly positively predict tacit knowledge sharing intention,that is,the more energetic employees are,the higher their perceived behavior control is,the more willing they are to share their tacit knowledge with other employees.(3)Employee vigor has a significant mediating effect between social capital and tacit knowledge sharing willingness,that is,social capital influences team tacit knowledge sharing willingness through employee vigor.(4)Perceived behavioral control has a significant mediating effect between social capital and tacit knowledge sharing intention,that is,social capital influences team tacit knowledge sharing intention through perceived behavioral control of employees.The research results validate the theoretical hypothesis and explain the mechanism of social capital affecting tacit knowledge sharing intention.The results show that interpersonal relationship based on trust,cooperation and common activities can stimulate employees' vigor and improve their sense of perceived behavior control,and then promote tacit knowledge sharing among employees.
