A Study On The Dimensional Translation Of The Conversational Implicature Of The Dialogues Of Characters In Romance Of The Three Kingdoms

Based on Grice's conversational implicature theory,this paper aims to explore the transmission and translation of the implied meaning of the characters' dialogues in the novel.Firstly,according to the cooperative principle and its secondary principles,this paper classifies the dialogues of the characters in the romance of the Three Kingdoms,then analyzes the conversational implicature of the dialogues,and finally analyzes the translation in Uyghur language.Through the analysis,it can be found that the translation of the dialogues in the romance of the Three Kingdoms conforms to the original text and can express the conversational implicature of the original text.This paper consists of five parts.First of all,the introduction includes the research summary,theoretical research,translation research of the romance of the Three Kingdoms,research significance,research methods and corpus sources.The first chapter is an overview of the conversational implicature of the characters in the romance of the Three Kingdoms.It introduces the research situation of conversational implicature at home and abroad,introduces Grice's cooperative principle and its criteria,introduces the types of conversational implicature,introduces the characteristics of conversational implicature,and explains with examples.The second chapter introduces the study of Uyghur translation of general conversational implicature in the romance of the Three Kingdoms,with examples.Through the analysis of examples,this paper summarizes the translation methods and skills of general conversational implicature.The third chapter is the translation analysis of the special conversational implicature of the characters' dialogues in the romance of the Three Kingdoms,which is divided into four principles.Through the analysis of examples,the author sorts out the translation methods and skills.The conclusion summarizes the whole paper.Based on the analysis of the translation examples in the dialogue of the characters in the romance of the Three Kingdoms,the paper draws the following conclusions.Through the analysis of the examples,it is found that the main translation methods used in the dialogue of the characters in the romance of the three kingdoms are literal translation and free translation,and the translation techniques used are addition translation,combination translation,conversion and omission translation.Through the combination of the above translation methods and translation skills,we can express the same conversational implicature of the original text.Through the above translation methods and techniques,we can provide some reference and help for the translation of literary works.
