Explore The "boundary" In Sculpture Creation

Based on the phenomenon of "cross boundary" existing in contemporary sculpture creation,this paper compares the ancient craftsman's grasp of "boundary" in the production of traditional Chinese sculpture,discusses the causes and transformation mode of "boundary" in sculpture creation,and analyzes the role of "boundary" in sculpture creation,This paper puts forward how the sculptor should treat the boundary correctly in the process of sculpture creation.From the perspective of inheritance and development,we call on contemporary sculpture art scholars to reflect on their own gains and losses when breaking through the "boundaries" in their creation.The development of sculpture art should be expanded and improved.
