With the development of Internet era and the arrival of 5g communication and information technology era,the functional application of computer,mobile phone,tablet computer and other communication devices provides a good environment for the development of dynamic signs.People begin to connect with the global knowledge system through the Internet by combining the operable software digital technology in their hands,to convey and receive diversified,personalized and fragmented information,and to promote the development of media When the boundary is opened,it becomes blurred from clear,and various media means appear.The relationship between design systems has become subtle and close.The development of logo design from traditional static to dynamic is the trend of the times,but it does not change from the concept,which is in line with the development of new technology.The background of the research is financial media,which is a new complementary new media relationship based on the premise of development advantages,integrating the traditional single media and emerging multimedia with scientific means,bringing social and economic benefits.The focus of this paper is to expand the new understanding of traditional visual logo design in the narrow sense of new media communication.As a product of scientific refined design,icon is an important communication bridge between enterprises and the public because of its identifiability,modeling,extensibility,systematicness and epochality.In the era of financial media,the analysis and research of dynamic icon needs to have a more sense of substitution,which is the form of communication and expression.The development of technology needs to meet the market demand,and at the same time,it needs to pay more attention to the visual language of logo design Artistic aesthetics and the cultural significance behind it.From the perspective of communication,"media is information" refers to the media tool that can transmit information storage.As a new media developed from the concept of financial media,it is to make full use of the media carrier to integrate the media which have the same points and different complementarities in the past.Simple functional media advertising design can not meet the public's yearning for a better life,and diversified modes of communication appear.In order to break through the limitation of objective factors such as the lack of internal resources and small coverage,the innovative establishment of the concept of financial media is to put the traditional media and new media in order to make full use of their advantages,so that social and economic benefits can be integrated.The research value of this paper is the development of dynamic icon design under the load of financial media.On the one hand,the growing maturity of new media technology has more specific requirements for logo design,so the theoretical basis of visual language art is particularly needed.On the other hand,with the continuous improvement of the public aesthetic,the design not only requires its integrity and functionality,but also requires the designer to control the art,organize the aesthetic and arrange the style reasonably.In this paper,based on the integration of dynamic visual language and icon design in the era of media,the dynamic,functional and multi-dimensional visual language can bring additional value to the natural society,bring people empathy experience,and contribute to the research and application of dynamic visual language art.
