Research On The Production And Dissemination Of Rural Culture From The Perspective Of Social Governance

Under the social governance pattern of co-construction,sharing and co-governance,social governance,especially rural social governance,has become the focus of attention from all sectors of the society.However,existing studies show that there is a crisis in governance.At present,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Grasping the law of socialist modernization construction with Chinese characteristics,identifying the stage characteristics of rural construction and conforming to the needs of farmers for cultural life can be seen as an opportunity to solve the governance crisis.This requires a systematic review of China's rural development from the cultural level.Through combing,it is found that there are suspending governance crisis,entanglement crisis,identity crisis and compound crisis in rural governance,and the causes of these crises are analyzed.Then it proves that rural governance and rural cultural capital are coupling and interrelated.Constructing the index evaluation system of rural cultural production and communication.The evaluation system is divided into two parts.One part is the five first-level indicators related to rural culture,which are the input of rural culture,the production of rural cultural symbols,the supply of rural cultural products and the communication of rural culture.AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of each index.In the weight results of the index evaluation system,rural cultural communication ranks significantly,followed by rural cultural consumption,rural cultural input,and the production of rural cultural symbols and the supply of rural cultural products are equally important.The other part is the satisfaction of villagers related to social governance,which is measured in the form of questionnaire according to the calculation formula.A field survey of 5 villages in Henan Province and Shandong Province was conducted and evaluated according to the evaluation system of rural cultural production and communication.Descriptive analysis was carried out after the evaluation.According to the results,Songxingtun,which ranks the first place,and Sanhe Village,which ranks the last place,are taken as the case comparison to analyze the differences in rural cultural input,symbol production,product supply,communication and consumption,and find out the problems and provide the basis for countermeasures.Propose the construction path of rural culture and governance.That is to take human's subjectivity function as the point to stimulate the endogenous vitality of governance;For vehicle line,promote management being put to good governance;Rural cultural value for the surface,to consolidate the foundation of rural governance.
