Wen Ying Notes Novel Vocabulary Research

"Xiang Shan Ye Lu","Continuation of Xiang Shan Ye Lu" and "Yuhu Q inghua" are the notebook works of the famous poet Wen Ying in Song Dynasty.This article uses "Xiang Shan Ye Lu","Continuation of Xiang Shan Ye Lu" and "Yuhu Q inghua" proofread by Zheng Shigang and Yang Liyang published by Zhonghua Book Company as the research texts,and intends to make an exhaustive analysis and investigation of the vocabulary in them from the perspective of linguistics and lexicology.This paper discusses and studies the vocabulary in Wen Ying’s notebook novels from two parts.The first part mainly analyzes and studies the word-making method of the vocabulary in Wen Ying’s notebook novels.First of all,on the basis of analyzing the previous scholars’ theory of word formation,this paper summarizes and distinguishes word formation and word formation as the theoretical basis of the study of word formation.Then,on the basis of the classification of word-making by various senior scholars,combined with the characteristics of word-making in the three notebooks on which this article is based,it mainly analyzes and studies the way of word creation from several aspects such as phonetics,semantics,grammar,rhetoric,abbreviation,etc.The second part is to analyze and study the problem that the words in Wen Ying’s notebook novels are added to "the Great C hinese Dictionary"(the following are referred to as "the Dictionary").Based on the comprehensive analysis of the words in Wen Ying’s notebook novels,the article supplements the missing entries,meanings and examples in the "the Dictionary" and the ones whose examples are later than those in the Song Dynasty.
