A Visual Design Research Based On "the Disappearing Chinese Traditional Festival"

Chinese traditional festivals are an important carrier of Chinese culture.As an important part of Chinese traditional culture,in the long historical development process,a unique spiritual system and value connotations have been formed,and they have profoundly affected people's behaviors and consciousness Concept.With the influence of multiple factors such as the changes of the times and the rapid development of the market economy,some traditional Chinese festivals have shown a weakening trend,and have even disappeared or are about to disappear.As a new generation of inheritors of the Chinese nation's culture,it has the responsibility to shoulder the historical task of promoting and disseminating China's excellent traditional culture.Based on my country's rich folk art and cultural resources,this design research has conducted a thorough investigation and analysis of the research background and concepts,and sorted out the traditional festival culture of the research content.The 12 traditional Chinese festivals that are about to disappear are used as the research object.From the perspective of artistic expression techniques,techniques,language,and spiritual meaning,the traditional festival cultural spirit,emotions and other cultural and artistic elements are transformed into modern visual design by means of poster design,and creation is achieved through visual design.Promote and carry forward the traditional festival culture of our country,stimulate the whole society to pay attention to traditional festivals,thus establish cultural self-confidence and enhance national pride.
