Shao Yong's "observation" is not only an epistemological proposition that dispels desires and recognizes the "reason" and "sex" of all things,it is also a kind of self-cultivation in the realm of saints.Shao Yong takes the idea of ?? "observing things" as the core,aims to penetrate the principles of heaven and man,and integrates his image mathematics with the theory of mind and nature to build a huge academic system.This article aims to analyze Shao Yong's "observation" thought,clarify its connotation and denotation,in order to get a glimpse of Shao Yong's academic overview.The first chapter mainly investigates the origin of Shao Yong's thought of "observing things".Based on Shao Yong's learning experience,his origins are divided into three parts: In his early years of study,he was influenced by Confucian "observation of things" and absorbed the level of observation of things in the Book of Changes and the concept of "observing things with honesty" in "The Doctrine of the Mean";During the middle-age study period,influenced by the Taoist "observation",he absorbed Laozi's "observation" form of "observation" and Zhuangzi's "observation" connotation of "observation".In his later years,he was influenced by Buddhism and Zen.The influence of the thought of "xinxing" absorbed the connotations of Zen Master Xiu Yong's "heart not attached to things" and "self-sufficient heart",and constructed his own unique "viewing things" thought.The second chapter analyzes the connotation of Shao Yong's "viewing things" thought.First,clarify the connotation of "things",sort out the specific scope of "things" mentioned by Shao Yong and the structure of the "things" system,and divide "things" into two parts: nature and human affairs;secondly,analyze Shao Yong's "things" Two aspects of observing things: observing the internal principles of the “natural” system and the “personnel” system,that is,the rigid and soft circulation of natural yin and yang and the rise and fall of personnel;again,the essentials of “observing things” are explained,To clarify the core connotation of "observing with reason";finally,to investigate the purpose of Shao Yong's "observation" and analyze the realm of "observation" and even "happiness".The third chapter explains Shao Yong's theory of "observing things".Analyze how to reach the state of "observing things" and comb through two aspects of mind-cultivation and practice: the mind-cultivation level requires the body and mind to return to a state of tranquility through meditation,washing the mind,etc.,so as to achieve the realization of "sincerity" in tranquility;At the level,it is necessary to maintain an attitude of "sincerity" in practical behavior,gradually realize the improvement of self-cultivation in "learning",and reach the real state of "observing things".The fourth chapter explores the relationship between Shao Yong's "observation" and his image mathematics and the theory of mind and nature.First,it briefly summarizes Shao Yong's overall structure from physics to life,and permeates the study of nature and humans,and clarifies the relative positions of the three in his academy;secondly,he sorts out his "viewing things" based on the analysis of his "image and number" system.The specific connection between "Xiangshu" and "Xiangshu" makes it clear that the structure of the "thing" system is based on the "Xiangshu" and "Xiangshu" as the medium of the subject and the object.Finally,analyze the specific relationship between "observation" and "mindness",and clarify the fundamental connotation of "observation" and even "nature" and "mind".The fifth chapter combs the influence of Shao Yong's "viewing things".On the one hand,it analyzes the influence of "observation of things" on Er Cheng: for Cheng Hao,it is mainly manifested in the "forgetting inside and outside" view of things,and his generous,optimistic,and detached attitude towards life;for Cheng Yi,Mainly manifested in the thinking of "respect for things to be indifferent" and "observing things and observing oneself".On the other hand,analyzing the influence of "observing things" on Zhu Xi is mainly manifested in Zhu Xi's definition of the connotation of "things",the study of the theory of things,and the innovative application of analogy rules.
