Shao Yong, one of 5 famous thinkers of North Song Dynasty, the founder of Li Theory and an expert in philosophy of number, was famous for graphics, Lo Diagram, Symbols and mathematical thinking. Masterpieces included: "Huangji Jing Shi Shu", "Questions and answers between a fisherman and a chopper man", and poems collection "Cultivating in Yichuan." He was unique because of his comprehensive understanding in both Taoism and Confucianism. He enriched the Confucianism with the Taoism and constructed his humane ideology system by absorbing the theory of Early Heaven Yi and Later Heaven Yi and by totally comprehending upon Taoism and Ming Jiao ideology . His academic theory based upon the perfect unification between apriori Confucianism ' s Ming Jiao ideology which explained human being' s physical properties and social properties and natural properties of Taoism. He succeeded in constructing the metaphysical ideology foundation of human being oriented theory of Confucianism. His theoretical research in humane which fit the requirements of his era studies propelled the Renaissance of Confucianism. The impact of his thoughts and theory could be found in the new Confucianism's origination and development as well as many philosophers of Li Theory and some scientists.
